Description
Enjoy your homemade single serving lemonade! This quick and easy recipe is perfect for a refreshing drink on a hot day or whenever you need a citrusy pick-me-up.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 large lemon
- 1 to 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar (adjust to taste) (use 2 sweetener packets of choice instead of sugar)
- 1 tablespoon of sweetened condensed milk (use fat free if on WW)
- 1/4 cup of cold water
- Ice cubes
- Optional: a few fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Start by cutting the lemon into wedges. Place it in a glass and add the sugar. Push down on the lemons with a muddler and press as much juice out as you can. Strain the lemon juice to get rid of the seeds.
- Sweeten the Lemonade: Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk to the lemon juice. Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved. If you prefer a sweeter lemonade, you can add more sugar to taste.
- Mix with Water: Pour 1/4 cup of cold water into the glass with the lemon juice and sugar mixture. Stir thoroughly to ensure everything is well blended.
Notes
3 WW Points (using 0 calorie sweetener packets, and 1 tablespoon of FF condensed milk)
Serve: Add a few ice cubes to the glass to keep the lemonade cold and refreshing. Optionally, garnish with a few fresh mint leaves for an extra touch of flavor and visual appeal.
