Enjoy your homemade single serving lemonade! This quick and easy recipe is perfect for a refreshing drink on a hot day or whenever you need a citrusy pick-me-up.

Lemonade is the quintessential summer beverage. Traditionally made from just three ingredients—lemons, water, and sugar—this drink has a remarkable ability to quench thirst and invigorate the senses. I added some sweetened condensed milk to make this a creamy lemonde!

The tartness of fresh lemon juice perfectly balances with the sweetness of sugar, creating a harmonious taste that is both invigorating and satisfying.

Why You Will Like This Recipe

I’ve been really into making single-serving recipes lately in my air fryer like this Air Fryer Cake for One or in glass Pyrex bowls like Cottage Cheese Pizza Bowls. Instead of making a whole pitcher of lemonade that will feed 8 people, make this for 1. It's perfect for those that live alone.

Since it has some sweetened condensed milk that is also known as a Brazilian lemonade. With that it's plenty of sweet and no extra sugar is needed.

That is why I’m sharing this single-serving creamy lemonade recipe! Why make a whole entire pitcher of lemonade for just one person?

You could also just get a container of store-bought cookie dough such as Pillsbury and air fry that as well.

    Ingredients Needed

    • Lemon - Is a citrus juice made from squeezing fresh lemons. It is commonly used as a flavoring agent in cooking, baking, and beverages. Bottled lemon juice is also ok to use.
    • Granulated sugar (adjust to taste) Or regular granulated sugar, I do not use sugar substitutes in any of my recipes but if you know the conversions feel free to do so
    • Sweetened condensed milk - this is what gives the lemonade its creamy texture!
    • Cold water - straight from your kitchen sink!
    • Ice cubes
    • Optional: a few fresh mint leaves for garnish
    • See the recipe card below for a full list of ingredients and measurements.

How to Make Single Serving Lemonade

Step 1: Prepare the Lemon: Start by cutting the lemon into wedges. Place it in a glass and add the sugar. Push down on the lemons with a muddler and press as much juice out as you can. Strain the lemon juice to get rid of the seeds.

Crushed lemons with juice in a cup.

Step 2 Sweeten the Lemonade: Add 1 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk to the lemon juice. Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved. If you prefer a sweeter lemonade, you can add more sugar to taste.

Consensed milk and sugar on top of lemonade.

Step 3: Mix with Water: Pour in a bout ¼ cup of cold water into the glass with the lemon juice and sugar mixture. Stir thoroughly to ensure everything is well blended.

Serve: Add a few ice cubes to the glass to keep the lemonade cold and refreshing. Optionally, garnish with a few fresh mint leaves for an extra touch of flavor and visual appeal.

What can I serve with Lemonade?

Here’s a list of foods that pair wonderfully with a refreshing glass of lemonade. Lemonade is fun to serve any time of the year, especially in the Summer. Bring a glass pitcher to an outdoor picnic or pot luck.
