Ingredients
1 large burrito sized tortilla or small flour tortillas (6–8 inches)
1/4 cup chocolate chips (or a spread of Nutella)
1/4 cup mini marshmallows (or 2 large ones, torn)
1–2 graham crackers, crushed
Butter or nonstick spray for griddle
Instructions
Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-low heat. Lightly grease the surface with butter or nonstick spray.
Assemble your quesadilla: Lay one tortilla on a plate or board. Sprinkle evenly with chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and crushed graham crackers.
Place the second tortilla on top to create a sandwich.
Carefully transfer the quesadilla to the griddle using a spatula. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side, pressing lightly with your spatula to ensure the tortillas crisp up and the inside gets melty.
Once golden brown and slightly gooey, remove from heat. Let cool for 1–2 minutes, then slice into wedges.
Notes
Nutella or chocolate spread can replace chocolate chips for faster melting.
Gluten-free tortillas and graham crackers work great if needed.
