Are you always looking for easy breakfast ideas to make that are quick in the morning? Try this Tortilla Quiche Bake. All you do is layer the ingredients in a pie dish and bake it in the oven.
Ingredients
1 large burrito sized flour tortilla
3 large eggs
½ cup of cottage cheese (fat free)
3 tablespoons of crumbled turkey sausage
½ cup of fresh spinach leaves
½ cup of Colby jack Blend Cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1: Spray an 8X8 in round casserole dish with Cooking Spray then Place the tortilla in the center.
Step 2: Crack 3 eggs into the dish on top of the tortilla and add the cottage cheese. Blend the egg and cottage cheese with a fork
Step 3: Layer the sausage, spinach, and cheese on top of the egg mixture.
Step 4: Bake the tortilla quiche at 350 for 25 minutes or until the eggs are cooked through.
Notes
Change up the veggies and protein if you like! Use a high fiber wrap like Ole Well ness if following Weight Watchers.
