- 1 avocado
- 1 cup of cheese - I used parmesan
- 1 eggÂ
Instructions
- Step 1 Preparation: Add the avocado, egg, and parmesan cheese to a bowl. You can mash it with a fork or mix it in a blender. I used a Magic bullet for this step and blend until smooth.
- Step 2Â Preheat Oven: Turn your oven temp on to 350 degrees.
- Step 3 Spread: Spread the blended avocado mixture onto a parchment lined work surface and spread it out evenly. Then sprinkle with Everything But the Bagel Seasoning.
- Bake for 30 minutes in an oven.
