Description

Naturally sweetened brownie balls with cocoa powder, oat flour, and dates.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups Medjool dates 
  • 3 tablespoons oat flour 
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder 
  • 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder 
  • 2 tablespoons honey 
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter 
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt 

Instructions

  1. Soak your dates in warm water for 10 minutes if they aren’t soft. Drain well.
  2. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until thick and sticky.
  3. Scoop and roll into bite-sized balls (about 1 inch).
  4. Optional: Roll in cocoa powder, shredded coconut, or drizzle with melted chocolate.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up. Store in an airtight container.
