Ingredients
1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
¾ cup evaporated milk
3 large eggs
2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish with non-stick cooking spray or butter.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Stir until the sugars are fully integrated into the pumpkin.
- Pour in the evaporated milk, and vanilla extract. Crack in the eggs and whisk everything together until smooth.
- Add the Pumpkin Pie Spice to the pumpkin mixture. Stir until all the spices are evenly distributed.
- Transfer the pumpkin mixture into the prepared pie dish, smoothing out the top with a spatula.
- Bake the pie: Place the pie in the preheated oven and bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until the center is set and a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
