Description
When I want something quick, fresh, and satisfying, this 3-ingredient guacamole is my go-to. It’s creamy, tangy, and full of flavor — without all the chopping and extra ingredients you see in traditional guac recipes.
Ingredients
2 ripe avocados
3 tablespoons pico de gallo
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
Mash the avocados in a medium bowl using a fork. I like to leave some chunks for texture, but go smooth if that’s your style.
Stir in the pico de gallo and chopped cilantro. Fold it in gently until everything’s combined.
Taste and adjust — you can add more salt, a squeeze of lime, or a little diced jalapeño if you like extra heat.
Notes
If your pico is very watery, drain off some of the liquid before mixing it in to keep your guac thick.
Add a squeeze of lime juice if you want a little more tang and longer freshness.
