Description

Thanksgiving is coming up and there are lots of side dishes you can make in your air fryer to save up oven space like these Brussel Sprouts with Bacon.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound brussel sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 4 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  2. In a bowl, toss the brussel sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chopped bacon and mix well.
  4. Place the brussel sprouts in the air fryer basket and spread them out in a single layer.
  5. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes to ensure even cooking.
  6. Once the brussel sprouts are crispy and tender, remove them from the air fryer and serve. Sprinkle the brussel sprouts with parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
