Frozen vegetables have become a staple in many households due to their convenience, nutritional value, and long shelf life.

- 1 bag of frozen mixed vegetables (any kind will do)
- 2 tsp of vegetable oil or olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Begin by preheating your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place some parchment paper down in your air fryer basket and add the frozen mixed vegetables. They do not need to be thawed.
- Season with salt and pepper and then drizzle with olive oil. Or use a cooking spray.
- Set the timer for 5to 6 minutes. And close the basket.
Notes
Always store leftovers in clean, food-grade containers. The type of container doesn’t really matter. Use zip lock, glass, plastic, whatever! Make sure to store any leftovers in an airtight container.
