Air Fryer Frozen Vegetables

Frozen vegetables have become a staple in many households due to their convenience, nutritional value, and long shelf life.


  • 1 bag of frozen mixed vegetables (any kind will do)
  • 2 tsp of vegetable oil or olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste 


  1. Preheat the Air Fryer: Begin by preheating your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place some parchment paper down in your air fryer basket and add the frozen mixed vegetables. They do not need to be thawed.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and then drizzle with olive oil. Or use a cooking spray.
  4. Set the timer for 5to 6 minutes. And close the basket. 


Always store leftovers in clean, food-grade containers. The type of container doesn’t really matter. Use zip lock, glass, plastic, whatever! Make sure to store any leftovers in an airtight container.
