Description

Air fryer lamb chops are a delicious and easy way to prepare this classic dish. The lamb chops are seasoned with your favorite spices and cooked in the air fryer until perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The result is a juicy and flavorful dish that is sure to impress. Enjoy them with a side of roasted vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete meal.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme leaves
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 ½ pounds Frenched rack of lambexcess fat trimmed and cut into chops

Instructions

  1. Preheat Air Fryer to 380 degrees

  2. In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme,  1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper; set aside 1/4 cup of the mixture in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

  3. In a gallon size Ziploc bag or large bowl, combine lamb chops and remaining olive oil mixture; marinate for at least 3 hours, turning the bag occasionally. Drain the lamb chops from the marinade.

  4. Using paper towels, pat both sides of the lamb chops dry; season with salt and pepper, to taste.

  5. Place Lamb Chops in a single layer in your air fryer basket for 10 minutes, flip half way through.
