Air fryer lamb chops are a delicious and easy way to prepare this classic dish. The lamb chops are seasoned with your favorite spices and cooked in the air fryer until perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
The result is a juicy and flavorful dish that is sure to impress. Enjoy them with a side of roasted vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
This was my first time trying lamb chops in the air fryer and once again the air fryer did not disappoint. If you’ve never tried lamb chops before they kind of tasted like steak to me. I’ve been trying out different types of fish and meat in there and it’s fun to learn how to cook them properly. If you want a medium rare lamb chop I cooked mine for 10 minutes and flipped them half way through cooking.
The marinade I used was pretty simple and garlic and rosemary flavor the lamb chops pretty well. Always use a meat thermometer to check for proper doneness. A 10 minute cooking time produced medium-rare chops and that is how I like mine.

💭Tips for using Air Fryers
The air fryer is so great for cooking simple basic food like air fryer bacon wrapped chicken breast, steak, and eggs. Cook up some air fryer chicken breasts for the week and use the chicken for quesadillas, salads, or DIY Chipotle burrito bowls to use for lunch or dinner.
Overcrowding: Do not overcrowd the basket. Place items in a single layer in the air fryer basket or some food will not cook properly or all the way through.
Oil: One of the reasons why air fryers are so great is because food doesn’t need a lot of oil. Especially frozen food. Just a small amount is fine or use Cooking Spray.
What can I serve this?
- Salad: A great way to get more fiber and vegetables into your diet is to have a salad with your meal. Try Shrimp and Pea Orzo Salad or a light and refreshing cucumber salad.
- Starches: Dairy Free Mashed Potatoes made in the slow cooker or Air Fryer Twice Baked Potatoes.
- Vegetables: Smoked potatoes or smoked asparagus is a great side dish to have with salmon.
