I’ve been seeing people make air fryer omelettes or frittatas on Tiktok lately so I thought I’d give it a try.
Ingredients

- 4 large eggs
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- ¼ cup of cheddar cheese or whatever you like
- ½ cup of cooked turkey sausage crumbles
Instructions
- Preheat your Air Fryer 350 degrees.
- Place a air fryer paper liner in the bottom of your basket. Use parchment paper or
- A silicon liner that is safe and won’t catch fire.
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them lightly with a fork. Add a pinch of salt and pepper, and beat the mixture until it is well combined.
- Pour the egg mixture into the lined air fryer basket and top it with cheese, cooked sausage, and green onions.
- Cook the omelette for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Serve with fresh fruit, bagels, or muffins.

Personal Points: 6 (for half of the omelette)
Having air fryer safe pans like this is a game changer! Parchment paper can also be used if there are no pans in your house.
