Description

This air fryer poutine recipe is only 3 ingredients and it’s a recipe I like to do when I’m feeling super lazy to cook anything. The fries are cooked in the air fryer and the gravy is a packet that you just add water to it and let it thicken over the stove.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package of frozen french fries (can be any style or cut)
  • 1 1oz packet of gravy mix
  • 1 package of Wisconsin-style cheese curds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your Air Fryer 400 degrees.
  2. Place the frozen french fries in the basket and set the timer for 12 minutes.
  3. Use some parchment paper on the bottom for easy clean up.
  4. While the fries are cooking make the gravy according to the directions on the back of the packet. The one I used said to add 1 cup of water plus the packet of gravy mix, and continue stirring it until the gravy is thick.
  5. When the fries are ready, place them on a plate. Then the cheese curds and pour the gravy all over the fries. If you want your cheesecurds to be all gooey and melted place the plate in the microwave for 1 minute.
  6.
  7. Enjoy!

Notes

Use some parchment paper on the bottom for easy clean up.
