Description
This air fryer poutine recipe is only 3 ingredients and it’s a recipe I like to do when I’m feeling super lazy to cook anything. The fries are cooked in the air fryer and the gravy is a packet that you just add water to it and let it thicken over the stove.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 package of frozen french fries (can be any style or cut)
- 1 1oz packet of gravy mix
- 1 package of Wisconsin-style cheese curds
Instructions
- Preheat your Air Fryer 400 degrees.
- Place the frozen french fries in the basket and set the timer for 12 minutes.
- Use some parchment paper on the bottom for easy clean up.
- While the fries are cooking make the gravy according to the directions on the back of the packet. The one I used said to add 1 cup of water plus the packet of gravy mix, and continue stirring it until the gravy is thick.
- When the fries are ready, place them on a plate. Then the cheese curds and pour the gravy all over the fries. If you want your cheesecurds to be all gooey and melted place the plate in the microwave for 1 minute.
- Enjoy!
