Ingredients

- 1 pound, skinless salmon fillets
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ tsp each smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees. Dice salmon into small 1 inch cubes.
- Place salmon bites into a large bowl.
- Add garlic, oil, lemon juice, and spices. Then toss the salmon bites until they are well coated with the spices.
- Place the salmon bites into an air fryer basket lined with parchment paper (for easy clean up) and make sure the salmon bites are in a single layer.
- Cook at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
Notes
Serve the salmon bites with some avocado, rice, and spicy mayo sauce. (optional)
