Description

These air fryer steak fajitas are a delicious, quick, and healthy meal perfect for any day of the week. They are sure to become a family favorite!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 grassfed ribeye steaks or skirt steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 packet of taco seasoning or fajita seasoning
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow onion, sliced
  • Tortillas (flour or corn)

Instructions

Slice the bell peppers and onion into thin strips.

Toss the vegetables with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.

Place the steak in the air fryer basket in an even layer. Cook for approximately 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.

Add the sliced vegetables to the air fryer basket with the steak. Continue cooking for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the steak is cooked to your desired level of doneness and the vegetables are tender-crisp.

While the steak and vegetables are cooking, warm your tortillas. You can do this in a microwave, on a skillet, or directly over a gas flame for a nice char.

Once cooked, remove the steak and vegetables from the air fryer.

Notes

Fill each tortilla with a portion of steak and vegetables.

For a low carb or keto option skip the tortillas!

Use cooking spray instead of olive oil: Save 4 points total. Make your own seasoning: Control sodium and avoid added sugar.Load up on veggies: More volume, zero points.

Add optional toppings such as sour cream, guacamole, salsa, shredded cheese, or fresh cilantro if desired.
