Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast (or thin-sliced steak or shrimp)
- 1 bag mixed frozen stir-fry veggies
- 1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
- 3 tbsp hoisin sauce or sauce of choice
- Optional: Cooked rice
Instructions
Step 1 Press your tofu (extra firm is best) for 10–15 minutes to remove excess moisture.
Step 2 Cut into 1-inch cubes. Toss in 1–2 tsp oil, soy sauce, and seasonings (like garlic powder, smoked paprika, cornstarch for extra crisp).
Step 3 Air fry at 400°F for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway. Half way through add the frozen mixed vegetables on the side and continue cooking.
Step 4 Done when golden and crispy on the outside, soft in the middle. Add your sauce or seasoning of choice and mix everything in the air fryer. Enjoy with a side of rice.
