  • Yield: 24 1x

  • 1 6 oz box of Stove Top Stuffing Mix
  • 4 oz  cooked sausage
  • 1/2 cup of dried cranberries
  • 1/2 tsp of poultry seasoning
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 2 cups of low sodium chicken stock
  • 12 strips of bacon, cut in half

  1. Set the oven temp to what the instructions say on the back of a stuffing box.
  2. In a bowl, combine the stove top stuffing mix, cooked sausage, cranberries, poultry seasoning, and diced apple into a bowl. Add in the chicken stock.
  3. Pour into a 9X13 baking dish and bake in an oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
  4. Cut the strips of bacon in half. Place about a tablespoon of the dressing mixture in the center of the bacon and then roll it up. Place on sheet tray lined with foil.
  5. Repeat this process until all the bacon is used up.
  6. To cook the bacon, turn the oven temp to 375 degrees - 400 degrees.
  7. Bake the bacon wrapped stuffing in a oven until the bacon is cooked. I used the same temperature as the stuffing for 18-20 minutes.
  8. Serving size: 1 bacon wrapped stuffing.
  9. Air Fryer: Place wrapped stuffing in air fryer for 10 to 14 minutes at 350 degrees.
