Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup of flour
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp of baking powder and baking soda
- 2 tablespoons of canola oil
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 egg
- 6 tablespoons of 1 % milk
- 2 tablespoons of sprinkles
For the Glaze:
8 tablespoons of powdered sugar
1 tablespoon milk
Instructions
- Makes 8 doughnuts
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In a bowl combine the flour, salt, and baking soda. Stir to combine. In another bowl add in the wet ingredients: canola oil, sugar, 1 egg, and 6 tablespoons of milk. Whisk until well combined and add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and keep stirring until the batter forms. Fold in sprinkles. Grease a doughnut pan liberally with cooking spray.
- Place the batter in a piping bag and cut the tip off. Pipe the doughnut batter into the doughnut pan
- Bake at 400 for 10 to 12 minutes or until tooth pick comes out clean
- Whisk the powdered sugar and 1 tablespoon of milk in a bowl until a glaze forms and dip the cooled donuts in the glaze. Garnish wish sprinkles.
