Beer Brats Recipe

Beer brats are a staple here in the Midwest. All you need are 3 easy ingredients to make this recipe. Can be low carb if you leave the bun out! 



6 Johnsonville Bratwurst

1 medium onion, sliced

1 12 oz bottle of beer (any kind)


Heat your grill up to a medium high heat. Place a grill pan on the grill and add the sliced onions to that and a can of beer. Add the brats to the pan and cook on high for 10 to 15 minutes. If you want your brats to be a darker grill color cook them on the grill and not in the pan for a couple of minutes.
