This recipe I found surfing the Weight Watcher boards Recipe Review forums. It is from the Biggest Loser cook book.
Ingredients
1lb ground turkey
4 slices of turkey bacon cut in half crosswise
1clove garlic chopped
1c chopped red onion
2 egg whites
2/3 cup oats
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup BBQ sauce
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350
Spray loaf pan with Pam
heat skillet on medium heat. Add onion and bacon. cook 6-8min. or until bacon is done and onions starting to brown.
In a large bowl mix milk and oats. Let stand 3 min.
Add cooled onion mixture, ground turkey, garlic and egg whites.
Mix with your hands and form into loaf. Place in loaf pan and top with BBQ sauce.
Bake 35-40min.
