Description

Blackstone steak bites are an easy dinner recipe your whole family is going to love. I love cooking steak this way cause you can see if the steak is easily cooked if they are bite size pieces.

Ingredients

1 pound of sirloin or ribeye steak

2 tablespoons of olive oil

Salt to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: Butter for extra flavor

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Steak: Start by cutting the steak into bite-sized pieces, approximately 1 inch cubes. This allows for even cooking and ensures each piece has a perfect sear.
  2. Preheat the Blackstone Griddle: Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat, around 400°F (204°C). Ensure it is fully heated before adding the steak to achieve a good sear.
  3. Cook the Steak Bites: Once the griddle is hot, drizzle a little olive oil on the surface to prevent sticking. Place the marinated steak bites on the griddle in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded. Cook the steak bites for about 3-4 minutes on each side. You want a nice sear on the outside while keeping the inside juicy and tender. If you prefer your steak more well done, adjust the cooking time accordingly.

Notes

Make a garlic butter sauce to go with your steak bites.
