Description

Blender salsa might be the best salsa and easiest salsa I've ever made. Just throw all your ingredients into a blender and you'll have fresh salsa just like at the restaurants.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 28 oz whole or diced tomatoes
  • 1 10oz can diced tomatoes and chiles
  • 1 4.5oz can diced green chiles
  • optional: 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely diced
  • ⅔ cup cilantro, roughly chopped
  • juice of 1 lime (or more to taste)
  • ½ white onion, diced
  • ½ red onion, diced
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • salt + pepper to taste (if you are on a low sodium diet please just omit this, if not feel free to add)

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and pulse until well combined.
  2. Serving size: 2 tablespoons
