Description
Blender salsa might be the best salsa and easiest salsa I've ever made. Just throw all your ingredients into a blender and you'll have fresh salsa just like at the restaurants.
Ingredients

- 28 oz whole or diced tomatoes
- 1 10oz can diced tomatoes and chiles
- 1 4.5oz can diced green chiles
- optional: 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely diced
- ⅔ cup cilantro, roughly chopped
- juice of 1 lime (or more to taste)
- ½ white onion, diced
- ½ red onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- salt + pepper to taste (if you are on a low sodium diet please just omit this, if not feel free to add)
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and pulse until well combined.
- Serving size: 2 tablespoons
