Description
These dates are stuffed with creamy peanut butter and get dipped in chocolate. Add some chopped nuts to the top or coarse sea salt for garnish.
Ingredients
- 8 oz milk chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate
- 30 pitted Medjool dates
- 1/2 cup of softened peanut butter
- 4 tablespoons of finely chopped walnuts or peanuts
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper Spread the seedless dates out on a line parchment sheet.
Melt the peanut butter in a microwave safe bowl for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Spread the peanut butter evenly over the dates.
Melt chocolate with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl for 1 to 3 minutes. Check occasionally and stir every 30 seconds until it is all melted. Then drizzle the chocolate over the peanut butter. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and flaky sea salt.
Let the date bark freeze for up to 2 hours. Then break it up and store it in a plastic container.
