Cottage Cheese Pancakes

Cottage cheese pancakes only contain 3 simple ingredients: cottage cheese, eggs, and flour. If you're looking for a specific type of flour to use feel free to sub it out for all-purpose flour. 



  • 1 1/2 cups of cottage cheese
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup of flour (can sub almond flour for low carb pancakes)


  1. In a food processor pulse the cottage cheese until smooth. Add in the egg one at a time and then the flour until everything is well combined.
  2. Heat a non stick skillet and spray with cooking spray. Cook each pancake on one side until you see those little bubbles and then flip. They take about 2 minues per side.
  3. Serving Size: 1 pancake

PLEASE BE PATIENT WITH THESE PANCAKES. They can take awhile to cook on each side and might not look like they are done. Use a medium high heat and spray the pan each time.
