Cranberry Fluff Salad

Instructions

  1. Combine chopped cranberries, sugar, and pineapple and let stand 1/2 hour. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  2. Refrigerate and allow to stand overnight for flavors to develop.
  3. Makes about 10-12 servings

Notes

You can use canned cranberries for this. Just skip the part where you pulverize the fresh cranberries in the food processor. I would use 1 1/2 cups of canned cranberries.
