Cranberry Fluff Salad

Description

Cranberry fluff is not your average salad and it has become a staple side dish at many homes during Thanksgiving. Not only it is easy to make this favorite dish even saves space in the oven because it’s just a salad that you can keep cool in the fridge.  


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 8oz container of lite cool whip
  • 1 1oz container of sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 c. raw cranberries, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. drained crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallow

Instructions

  1. Combine chopped cranberries and pineapple and let stand 1/2 hour. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  2. Refrigerate and allow to stand overnight for flavors to develop.
  3. Makes about 10-12 servings, serving size: 1/2 cup.
