Description
A simple marinade that consists of teriyaki sauce, brown sugar, and chicken broth with a couple of spices. Add it to a slow cooker with some pork tenderloin and let it cook all day long for a quick meal you can put together in no time for dinner.

- 2 to 3 pounds pork tenderloin
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 3 fresh red chile pepper, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Mix together teriyaki sauce, chicken broth, and brown sugar in a bowl. Stir in garlic, red chile pepper, and black pepper.
- Place tenderloins into the slow cooker, cover with the teriyaki sauce mixture.
- Cook on High for about 4 hours or low for 8 hours.
- Use a pair of tongs to shredded the pork in the slower cooker. The meat should easily tear apart with a fork.
- Pressure Cooker Instructions - Cook on manual for 30 to 35 minutes. When the time is up do a quick release and shred the pork.
- Serving size: 3/4 cup.
