Slow Cooker Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin

Description

A simple marinade that consists of teriyaki sauce, brown sugar, and chicken broth with a couple of spices. Add it to a slow cooker with some pork tenderloin and let it cook all day long for a quick meal you can put together in no time for dinner. 


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 to 3 pounds pork tenderloin
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 3 fresh red chile pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix together teriyaki sauce, chicken broth, and brown sugar in a bowl. Stir in garlic, red chile pepper, and black pepper.
  2. Place tenderloins into the slow cooker, cover with the teriyaki sauce mixture.
  3. Cook on High for about 4 hours or low for 8 hours. 
  4. Use a pair of tongs to shredded the pork in the slower cooker. The meat should easily tear apart with a fork. 
  5. Pressure Cooker Instructions - Cook on manual for 30 to 35 minutes. When the time is up do a quick release and shred the pork. 
  6. Serving size: 3/4 cup.
