Description
Learn how to make Hibachi Yum Yum sauce at home. You can use it on top of steak, chicken, shrimp, fish, salads, rice, and vegetables. It’s easy to make and uses ingredients that are already in your kitchen.

- 1 cup mayo
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 5 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/4 tsp rice wine vinegar
Instructions
- Melt the butter in the microwave for 30 seconds and let it cool down for a couple minutes.
- Combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, white sugar, melted butter, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, water, and vinegar in a bowl to make the yum yum sauce. Stir well.
- Serve with fried rice and chicken and vegetables.
