Here we go with another TIktok Trend and this one I can actually get behind. I’m a sucker for trying anything on Tiktok that is trending in the food section like the Strawberry Salsa and this Italian Sushi
Ingredients

- 8 slices of thinly sliced Proscuitto
- 8 slices of Salami
- ¾ cup Baby Arugula - or baby spinach
- 6 Sun Dried Tomatoes
- 1 Buratta Cheese ball - torn into pieces
- Balsamic Glaze for Drizzle
Instructions
- Place the prosciutto on top of a cutting board or any type of flat surface in a nice thin layer. Then place the salami on top of it. Make sure each piece of prosciutto is overlapping each other.
- At the top of the prosciutto spread out the argula and then place the sun dried tomatoes and buratta cheese next to the arugula. You can place this in the middle or at the top it doesn’t matter. Just as long as you can fold the proscuitto over this.
- Drizzle the lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese with balsamic dressing.
- Gently start to roll the prosciutto over the arugula to form a log. Then thinly slice the sushi into small pieces, so that it resembles sushi.
