- 1/2 Cup Pineapple Juice
- 1/4 Cup Blue Curacao
- 1/4 Cup Vodka
- 1/4 Cup Cream of Coconut
- Shredded coconut flakes for garnish
- Lemon Wedges
Instructions
- In a blender, combine pineapple juice, blue curaçao, vodka, creme de coconut, and ice. Blend until combined.
- Run a lemon wedge around the rim of each glass then dip in shredded coconut.
- Pour frosties into rimmed glasses and serve immediately.
