My favorite place to play Bingo at (and blow all my money) had Jack Frosty cocktails. I have never had these before and I loved them. If the cocktail is blue it’s really hard to pass them up.  The rim of the glass is lined with coconut flakes and the drink is blended with ice. You can make them nonblended if you like.

Make this for New Year’s Eve along with some appetizers like Buffalo Chicken Dip, Crack Dip, or Air Fryer Crab Cakes!

Ingredients Needed for Jack Frost Cocktail

In this section, you can find substitutes or suggestions for certain ingredients. I also will try and list out what the ingredients' purpose is for.

    • Pineapple Juice - Some Jack Frosty cocktails call for Processo or lemonade but I prefer pineapple juice. Lemonade would be good as well.
    • Blue Curacao - Curaçao is a liqueur flavored with the dried peel of the bitter orange laraha, a citrus fruit, grown on the Dutch island of Curaçao.
    • Vodka -  Plain old vodka or vanilla vodka
    • Cream of Coconut - Most grocery stores should have cream of coconut. If they don’t you can find them at Liquor Stores with the pineapple juice. It comes in a can or a squeeze bottle.

    Equipment Needed

Here are some tools you will need for this recipe.  Some of them aren’t necessary but are definitely helpful. Links will open in Amazon.

Blender - Any blender will do. Oster Master Series Blender with Texture Select Settings, Blend-N-Go Cup and Glass Jar, Grey, 6 Cups

Bar Tending Tools like a Cocktail Jigger to make single or double servings.

Creme de Coconut 16.9 oz Squeeze bottle

In a blender, combine pineapple, blue curaçao, vodka, creme de coconut, and ice. Blend until combined.

Run a lemon wedge around the rim of each glass then dip in coconut flakes. You can also use some of the creme de coconuts in place of a lemon wedge.

Pour frosties into rimmed glasses and serve immediately.
