Ingredients

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 5 large eggs at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups almond flour (I used Trader Joe's almond meal)
- 1/4 cup of heavy cream
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl mix together the melted butter, almond meal, eggs, baking soda, and heavy cream until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased bread loaf pan. Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees or until a tooth pick comes out clean.
- Serve with sugar free jam or butter.
