Description

Rocky Road Ice Cream is a delightful and indulgent treat that combines the rich flavors of chocolate and peanut butter into a creamy, frozen dessert.

Ingredients

Scale

2 scoops of protein powder of choice

8 oz of chocolate almond milk - I like to use Ripple or Almond Milk

2 tablespoons of Marshmallow Fluff

2 tablespoons of chopped peanuts

2 tablespoons of chocolate chips

Instructions

In a medium mixing bowl, almond milk and protein powder. Whisk the ingredients together until they are fully dissolved. This may take a few minutes to ensure a smooth mixture. Add in marshmallow fluff.

Once fully mixed, pour the chocolate mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container. Make sure not to fill past the max fill line.

Place the lid on the pint container and freeze it for at least 24 hours. This ensures the mixture is completely solid and ready for processing.

After freezing, remove the pint container from the freezer and place it in the Ninja Creami outer bowl.

Insert the outer bowl into the Ninja Creami machine.

Select the “Ice Cream” function and let the machine process the mixture. This will take a few minutes.

Serve and Enjoy:

Scoop the creamy chocolate ice cream into bowls or cones.

You can also add mix-ins like chocolate chips, nuts, or marshmallows if desired. Simply use the “Mix-ins” function on the Ninja Creami after adding your favorite ingredients.

Notes

Once the cycle is complete, check the consistency of your ice cream. If it’s too crumbly or powdery, you can select the “Re-spin” function to achieve a creamier texture.
