Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

  • 3  boneless chicken breast
  • 1 cup of Franks  buffalo wing sauce, divided
  • 8 lite hamburger buns
  • 2 roma tomatoes, sliced
  • leaf lettuce


  1. Add defrosted chicken breast and 1/2 cup of water to a slow cooker and cook on high for 4 to 5 hours or low for 7 hrs. Drain the liquid out of the slow cooker and shred the chicken. Add the chicken back to the slow cooker and the buffalo sauce.
  2. Serving size: One lite hamburger bun, 3/4 cup of chicken, tomato slice, and lettuce
