Description

Cooking steak on a Blackstone is simple and easy just like cooking Steak on a grill. It takes no time at all and you can cook your protein of choice next to it.

Ingredients

1 pound ribeye steak (1 to 2 inches in thickness)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

Season the Steak: In a large mixing bowl, toss the steak with olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder if using. Make sure the steak is evenly coated with these ingredients.

Preheat the Blackstone Griddle: Set your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat. Allow it to preheat for about 5-10 minutes until it reaches a temperature of around 375-400°F (190-200°C).

Grill the Steak: Place the seasoned steak on the hot griddle in a single layer. Cook for about 3-5 minutes, turning occasionally, until the asparagus is tender and has a nice char. The exact cooking time will depend on the thickness of the steak.

Notes

Serve: Transfer the grilled steak to a serving platter and enjoy immediately.
