Description

Tuna, Cottage Cheese, and Avocado together is like a threesome meant to be together. It's low carb and very filling and also has quite a bit of protein for one serving.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 2.6oz package of Tuna low sodium tuna 
  • 1/2 cup of fat-free cottage cheese
  • 1/4 of an avocado, diced 
  • Hot sauce for drizzling 

Instructions

  1. Add tuna, cottage cheese, and avocado to a bowl or plate. Enjoy
  2. Serving size: 1 salad.
