Ingredients Needed
- 8 oz cottage cheese (low fat or full fat)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tbsp flax seeds or hemp seeds
- Black pepper, to taste
- Optional: other seasonings like garlic powder, paprika, or balsamic vinegar for added flavor
Instructions
- Preparation: Add the cottage cheese, eggs, and flax seeds to a blender. I used a Magic bullet for this step and blend until smooth.
- Preheat Oven: Turn your oven temp on to 350 degrees.
- Cooking the Onions: Spread the blended cottage cheese mixture onto a parchment lined work surface and spread it out evenly.
- Bake to Perfection: Bake in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until the flat bread has turned a golden brown color.Â
