Ingredients Needed
- 8 oz cottage cheese (low fat or full fat)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tbsp flax seeds or hemp seeds
- Black pepper, to taste
- Optional: other seasonings like garlic powder, paprika, or balsamic vinegar for added flavor
Instructions
- Preparation: Add the cottage cheese, eggs, and flax seeds to a blender. I used a Magic bullet for this step and blend until smooth.
- Preheat Oven: Turn your oven temp on to 350 degrees.
- Spray the parchment paper with cooking spray, then spread the blended cottage cheese mixture onto a parchment lined work surface and spread it out evenly.
- Bake to Perfection: Bake in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until the flat bread has turned a golden brown color.
Notes
Cottage Cheese Flatbread in Air Fryer - To make this recipe in the air fryer you will need one of those parchment liners that cover the whole air fryer. Spread the cottage cheese all over the bottom and air fry at 400 degrees for 16 minutes.
Cottage Cheese Bread with No Egg - Spread cottage cheese on a baking sheet to form a crust using a spoon or a knife. Sprinkle with cheese and season with salt and pepper. Bake at 30 to 40 minutes.
