Description

This Viral cottage cheese flatbread is baked in the oven and is a delightful way to add way to add more protein to your meals.

Ingredients Needed

  • 8 oz cottage cheese (low fat or full fat)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds or hemp seeds
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: other seasonings like garlic powder, paprika, or balsamic vinegar for added flavor

Instructions

 

  1. Preparation: Add the cottage cheese, eggs, and flax seeds to a blender. I used a Magic bullet for this step and blend until smooth.
  2. Preheat Oven: Turn your oven temp on to 350 degrees.
  3. Cooking the Onions: Spread the blended cottage cheese mixture onto a parchment lined work surface and spread it out evenly.
  4. Bake to Perfection: Bake in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until the flat bread has turned a golden brown color.
