Description

Easy and Lightened Up Weight Watcher Buffalo Chicken Chili


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large chicken breasts, grinded in your food processor
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 medium onion chopped
  • 1 8 oz can of no salt added tomtato sauce
  • 1 8 oz can of water
  • 1 15 ounce can of Fire Roasted Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup of Frank's Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • 1/2 cup of Red Chili Beans
  • 3 tablespoons of chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon of cumin
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika

Instructions

  1. In a large dutch oven, cook the onions with the olive oil. When the onions are cooked all the way through, add the chicken. Using a wooden spoon to break the chicken up into smaller pieces.
  2. Add in the chili powder, cumin and paprika and then the rest of the ingredients. Tomato sauce, water, Wing sauce, fire roasted tomatoes, and canned beans. The the chili simmer for up to an hour on low heat.
  3. Serving Size: 1 cup
