Zombie Meatloaf

Zombie meatloaves are fun to make because you can play around with certain ingredients to make it super zombie-like. 


  • 2 pounds of 93% lean ground beef
  • 1 cup of bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup of minced onion
  • tsp of garlic powder
  • 1 tsp of parsley
  • 1 /2 cup of Stubbs Reduced Sugar BBQ Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 lb of thinly sliced bacon 
  • 1 bottle of ketchup 
  • Sliced Onions
  • Dates for the eyes


  1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees. 
  2. For the Meatloaf: Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, minced onions,  garlic powder, parsley, BBQ Sauce, and salt and pepper in medium sized bowl. Place the meat mixture on top of some tinfoil and shape the meat into a loaf.
  3. Decorate the meatloaf: Place two dates for eyes on the top half of the meatloaf. Add sliced onions for the teeth and wrap strips of bacon around the empty portions of the meatloaf. 
  4. Bake for 1 hour in the preheated oven, or until cooked through.  
  5. Spread ketchup over the top of the meatloaf to make it look bloody. 
  6. Cut into 8 equal slices, serving size 1 slice.
