    Air Fryer Frozen Brussel Sprouts

    Cooking frozen Brussels sprouts in the air fryer is one of the easiest ways to get a fast, healthy side dish on the table. There is no thawing, no prep work, and they come out crispy on the outside with perfectly tender centers in about 15 minutes.

    Ingredients Needed for Brussel Sprouts

    1 bag Frozen Brussels sprouts โ€“ Cook straight from frozen
    1 to 2 tsps Olive oil โ€“ Helps them crisp and adds flavor
    1 teaspoon garlic seasoning salt โ€“ Simple and savory
    Salt and black pepper โ€“ Adjust to taste

    How to Cook Frozen Brussels Sprouts in the Air Fryer

    Preheat your air fryer to 380 degrees. Add the frozen Brussels sprouts to the basket. Drizzle with olive oil and seasoning. Toss to coat.

    Return to the air fryer and cook for 8 to 10 more minutes.

    Shake the basket halfway through for even crisping.

    Cook longer if you like extra dark, crispy edges.

    From testing this multiple times, this method gives the best texture.

    • Do not skip the first cook time. It removes the ice and prevents soggy sprouts.
    • Always cook in a single layer.
    • Add cheese or glaze after cooking.
