My For You Page on Tiktok has been a lot of people making Emily Mariko’s Salmon Rice Bowl and trying to figure out where is Brian Laundrie at. Been following this case for the last 2 weeks now and I have many questions! But my blog is about food, so I’ll avoid talking about that. HA!

Why You Will Love This Recipe
The first thing I thought of when I saw this being made was deconstructed sushi which is genius btw. I’ve made it 3 times now and wanted to share with everyone how great this healthy meal is.
To make this recipe fast and under 20 minutes, I used my recipe for Air Fryer Salmon which is just a thawed piece of salmon (any size) in the air fryer for 12 minutes at 350 degrees. Season it with Salt and pepper or whatever you like.
Then use one of those 90 minute Microwave Rice packets and this recipe comes together in a sinch. The salmon gets drizzled with Sriracha Sauce, Mayo, and Soy Sauce.
Get some seaweed snacks and place everything in seaweed, then enjoy!
What Ingredients do I need?
Salmon - Salmon is a type of fish that is popular for its rich flavor and nutritional benefits. It is a fatty fish that is high in omega-3 fatty acids, which are essential for maintaining healthy brain function and reducing the risk of heart disease. Salmon is also a good source of protein, vitamin D, and several other important nutrients
Rice - I like to get the 90-second microwave packets of Jasmine rice (Good and Gather brand) at Target.
Sriracha sauce is a type of hot sauce that originated in Thailand. It is made from chili peppers, vinegar, garlic, sugar, and salt, and has a unique flavor that is both spicy and slightly sweet.
Mayo - Japanese mayo is preferred but regular mayo is also fine
Soy Sauce - Use a Low Sodium or if you don’t have that on hand go for Tamari or Coconut Amino Acids
Topping options - sliced avocado, sesame seeds, chopped scallions, or sliced cucumbers
Seaweed Snacks - Gimme Organic Roasted Seaweed Snacks - can also get at Target. These are optional as well.

How to make Salmon Rice Bowls
Step 1: Set air fryer to 350 degrees. Season salmon with your choice of seasoning salt or marinade. Place the salmon fillet in the air fryer basket. If your air fryer requires preheating then preheat it. Mine does not.
Cook the salmon for 12 minutes. You do not need to flip half way through.
Step 2: While the salmon is cooking microwave your rice packet in the microwave. Set aside.
Step 3: When your salmon is done, take it out of the air fryer and flake it with a fork.
Step 4: Place it in a bowl with some rice, and drizzle some Mayo, Soy Sauce, and Sriracha Sauce over the salmon. Garnish with sliced avocados and serve with seaweed snacks.
WW Friendly Salmon Bowl
This salmon bowl is pretty WW friendly. Salmon is 0 points if you are on the blue or purple plan. Rice will be zero points on purple if you are using brown rice.
Avocado you will have to weigh by ounce depending on how much you use of it.
Low carb people use cauliflower rice!
