Loaded Hash Browns are my new favorite quick breakfast or go to appetizer to make in the air fryer. They start with a crispy hash brown patty, get topped with melty cheddar, and then finished with Greek yogurt, bacon, and scallions. It tastes like something you’d order at a diner, but it only takes about 10-12 minutes at home. I make these on busy mornings when I want something warm and satisfying without cooking a big meal, and they always turn out perfect.
