If you love iced coffee or coffee shop desserts, this Ninja Creami Coffee Ice Cream is about to become your new favorite treat. Made with simple ingredients like cold brew coffee, creamer, and pudding mix, this easy homemade ice cream turns out creamy, smooth, and full of bold coffee flavor.

The Ninja Creami makes it incredibly simple to create café-style frozen desserts right at home without needing an ice cream maker or complicated steps.

Kohl’s had one last Ninja Creami in the store yesterday so I grabbed it. My last Ninja Creami ended up burning inside somewhere and I coudn’t use the blade on it anymore. I think my problem was putting whole frozen fruit in it.

This time I’m going to make sure everything is properly blended first adding it. I can’t wait to make ice cream again. I love my Air Fryer, Blackstone, and Ninja Creami!

Why You Will Love this Coffee Ice Cream

Coffee ice cream is fun to experiment with. You can use your favorite blend of coffee. Mine is Stok’s Cold Brew, and your favorite coffee creamer of choice. It’s very versatile. You just have to get the right texture.

You can also make protein coffee ice cream with your favorite protein drinks.

One of these days I’m going to try adding my Starbucks order to the pint and try blending it. See how that turns out.

Ingredients Needed for Ninja Creami Coffee Ice Cream

    • ½ cup of Stoks Cold Brew Coffee
    • ½ cup of creamer of choice (I used an Almond Milk Coffee creamer)
    • 2 tablespoons of Instant Vanilla Pudding
    • See the recipe card below for a full list of ingredients and measurements.

How to Make Ninja Creami Coffee Ice Cream

Step 1: Pour cold coffee and milk into Ninja Creami pint containers. Then add the vanilla pudding mix. Blend with a frother or mix well until combined.

Step 2: Freeze for 24 hours.

Step 3: Following the manufacturer's instructions, insert the pint container into the outer bowl. Push 'Ice Cream' button. When done spinning, push 'Re-spin' button and add tequila.

Pro Tips for Coffee Ice Cream

For the best flavor, use strong brewed coffee or espresso that has been completely cooled before adding it to the Ninja Creami mixture. Cold brew can also be used for a smoother, less acidic coffee flavor.

If you want a stronger coffee flavor, add a small amount of instant espresso powder to the base. For an extra creamy texture, make sure your dairy ingredients are well combined before freezing.

Freeze the Creami pint on a level surface for at least 24 hours. If the ice cream looks crumbly after the first spin, use the Re-Spin function until it becomes smooth and creamy.

    Storage

Store leftover Ninja Creami Coffee Cream in the Creami pint with the lid securely attached and keep it frozen.

If the ice cream becomes firm after being refrozen, let the pint sit at room temperature for a few minutes before processing it again. Use the Re-Spin function to bring back that creamy texture.

For the best flavor and texture, enjoy the ice cream within a few weeks.

    Serving Suggestions

Top your coffee ice cream with whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup for an easy coffeehouse-inspired dessert. Chocolate shavings, mini chocolate chips, or crushed chocolate cookies also pair wonderfully with the coffee flavor.

For a simple affogato-style treat, serve a scoop with a little hot espresso poured over the top. You can also add caramel sauce, chopped nuts, or a sprinkle of cocoa powder.

Serve it in a waffle cone or bowl with whipped cream and a dusting of cinnamon for an easy dessert that tastes like your favorite coffee shop drink.

    Variations to Try

    • Mocha Coffee Ice Cream – add cocoa powder
    • Protein Coffee Ice Cream – use Fairlife or Premier shake
    • Starbucks Inspired – freeze leftover iced coffee drinks
    • Dairy-Free Version – use almond or oat creamer
    • Caramel Latte – swirl in caramel sauce
