    Ingredients Needed for Lemon Sorbet

    • ½ cup lemon juice or freshly squeezed lemon juice - The star of the sorbet, providing a bright and citrusy flavor
    • ⅓ cup sugar - Balances the tartness and helps create a smooth texture
    • 1 tablespoon corn syrup - Helps keep the sorbet soft and scoopable
    • 1 cup of water - use fresh when they are in season

    How to Make Lemon Sorbet in a Ninja Creami

    1. Blend the lemon juice, sugar, and water in a blender such as a Magic Bullet and pour it into a Ninja Creami Pint.
    2. Freeze: Place the lid on the pint and freeze for about 6-8 hours or until the mixture is solid.
    3. Blend in the Ninja Creami: Once frozen, remove the pint from the freezer and attach it to the Ninja Creami Machine. Select the "Sorbet" setting and let the machine do its magic.
    4. Check to see how the sorbet is looking after the first blend. Might have to add in some orange juice or water and then respin it.
    5. Serve: Once blended, scoop the lemon sorbet into a bowl and serve immediately. Enjoy your refreshing homemade ice cream!

    Can I put frozen fruit into a Ninja Creami Pint?

    No the manual that came with the Ninja Creami recommends that you do not use that. You need to blend it first so the machine lasts longer.

    Can I use non-dairy milk to make ice cream?

    Yes you sure can! Instead of regular milk use almond or oat milk.

    Do I need to wait 24 hours for Creami?

    No, My frozen yogurt was ready to be blended in the Ninja Creami after 6 hours.

    How do I store leftovers?

    Place the lid back on top of the pint and place it back in the freezer. Or, store in an airtight container as mentioned above.
