    Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Cookies - Ree Drummond

    These chocolate peanut butter cup cookies only require two ingredients and are probably the easiest cookie you will ever make. All you need is store-bought cookie dough and Reese’s peanut butter cups to make these. 

    I’m sure a lot of you have seen these cookies before at Holiday events or on some Christmas cookie platter.  It’s a really fun recipe to make and even kids could do this. They take no time at all to prep. It doesn't matter if the cookies come out perfect at the end because you just stick a Reese's cup in them anyways when they come out warm.

    Why You Will Like This Recipe

    This recipe only uses 2 ingredients and it comes together really quick! All you need is refrigerated cookie dough such as Pillsbury and some Mini Reese's Peanut Butter Cups.

    It's easy enough for kids to make, they will love these! Plus, you can make these during the Holidays and put them on a cookie platter.

    What Ingredients do I need? 

    In this section, you can find substitutes or suggestions for certain ingredients. I also will try and list out what the ingredients' purpose is for. 

    Refrigerated Cookie Dough  - This is the hack that will make these cookies super easy. Of course you can always use your favorite cookie recipe. You can use peanut butter cookie dough, chocolate chip cookie dough, or regular sugar cookie dough. 

    Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups - 24 miniature Reese’s peanut butter cups 

    How to make Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Cookies 

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. 

    Slice the cookie dough into 1-inch-thick slices, then into quarters. Place one quarter into each cup of a mini muffin pan. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes.

    While the dough is still warm, push a peanut butter cup into each muffin cup and let cool in the pan. When the cookies are cool, use a spoon to remove them.

    • One 16.5-ounce package of refrigerated peanut butter cookie dough
    • 1 bag of 24 miniature chocolate-peanut butter cups

    Instructions

    1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. 
    2. Slice the cookie dough into 1-inch-thick slices, then into quarters. Place one quarter into each cup of a mini muffin pan. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes.
