Dunkin Donuts released their Cookie Butter Latte this week and since I don't have a Dunkin Donuts around me I decided to make this at home and its very easy. All you need is 3 ingredients to make this. And I know I used a sugar cookie coffee creamer from another local chain restaurant to make this.
This drink is a perfect indulgence for those chilly mornings or lazy afternoons when you want to wrap yourself in a blanket and savor something sweet.

What is Cookie Butter?
Before diving into the recipe, let's talk about cookie butter. Cookie butter is a spread made from speculoos cookies, which are spiced shortcrust biscuits traditionally enjoyed in Belgium. The cookies are crushed and blended into a smooth, creamy spread that has a rich, caramelized flavor with hints of cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. This delectable spread has become a favorite among sweet-tooth enthusiasts and can be used in a variety of recipes or simply enjoyed on its own. My favorite is from Biscoff.
The Perfect Blend of Flavors
The Cookie Butter Latte brings together the best of both worlds—coffee and cookies. The robust flavor of espresso or strong brewed coffee is balanced with the sweet and spicy notes of cookie butter, making each sip an experience to savor. The addition of steamed milk adds a velvety texture that complements the richness of the cookie butter, creating a beverage that's both comforting and indulgent.
