Raspberry Lemonade Cocktail is a light and refreshing summer cocktail to sip while running the grill or while you're out by the lake or pool. Very easy to make for large crowds or BBQ gatherings.

Raspberry Lemonade Cocktail is a simple 2 ingredient drink made from Malibu Rum and Simply Raspberry Lemonade. Simply OJ has a lot of different flavors and this is an easy drink to mix it up with different juice flavors. I first discovered it last year when I was browsing Pinterest and loved it right off the bat. If you are following the WW plan they make a diet version of the Simply Raspberry Lemonade. The line is 8 fluid ounces for 1 point so you can mix this with an ounce of Rum for 3 points. There are also SO many flavors of rum out there too you could go crazy combining 2 different flavors. This drink is great to take to the cabin or for a BBQ. Easy to throw into a large pitcher or make a nonalcoholic version for the kiddos.
I was going to post this last Summer and I never did and I wish I wouldn't have waited that long to share the recipe. The last 2 drink recipes I posted and did an updated on are doing really well on Pinterest right now so I'm trying to share more drinks.
Ingredients for Raspberry Lemonade Cocktail

8 fl oz Simple Raspberry Lemonade - this is found next to the OJ in most grocery stores

How to make Raspberry Lemonade Cocktail

- Pour over ice in a highball glass (any type of glass will do). Garnish with a twist of lemon and a fresh raspberry if desired.
Bartending Tips for Beginners
- Always keep 6 basic liquors stocked in your bar. Those are Vodka, Whiskey, Rum, Tequila, Gin, and Brandy.
- Different types of liqueurs are also great to have for a well stocked bar. Examples of creme based liqueurs are Rumchata, Kauhula, or Irish Cream
- Essential mixers to keep on hand would be ginger beer, different flavored juices, or or sodas like Sprite and Club.
- Simple syrups are just equal parts sugar and water and you can add whatever extract flavoring you want to them.
- Of course, always keep a variety of different cocktail glasses serving and ice on hand.

I am not affiliated with WW formerly known as Weight Watchers in any way. I am just a member who likes to create WW recipes and share them with everyone. Freestyle is the name of the current program of WW and smart points are calculated for the recipes. Some blogs list them as freestyle smart points and some list them as smart points. There is no difference between the 2.
