    What Is Crack Dip?

    Crack Dip is a super easy, ultra-creamy, cheesy dip that's loaded with bacon, cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning, and creamy ingredients like sour cream and cream cheese. I lightened it up with plain Greek yogurt to make it more WW Friendly.

    What do I need to make Crack Dip?  

    • 16 oz of Light Sour Cream 
    • 1 1oz package of Ranch Seasoning Mix (dry) 
    • ½ cup cheddar cheese
    • 2 tablespoons of Bacon Bits
    • 2 scallions, chopped 

    Substitution Tips

    • Use light cream cheese and light sour cream to cut down on fat and calories.
    • Use pre-cooked bacon bits if you’re short on time — just make sure they’re real bacon!
    • Mix in a pinch of cayenne pepper or a few dashes of hot sauce if you like it spicy.
    • Swap some of the cheddar for pepper jack for a little kick.

    Step 1 In a large bowl, mix sour cream and dressing mix until well blended. Stir in shredded Cheddar cheese.

    Stir in bacon. If desired, top with extra shredded cheese and sliced green onions to serve.

    Description

    Ingredients

    16 oz of nonfat plain Greek Yogurt or Light Sour Cream 

     1 1oz package of Ranch Seasoning Mix (dry) 

     ½ cup cheddar cheese

     2 tablespoons of Bacon Bits

     2 scallions, chopped


    Instructions

    In a large bowl, Greek Yogurt and dressing mix until well blended. Stir in shredded Cheddar cheese.

    Stir in bacon. If desired, top with extra shredded cheese and sliced green onions to serve.
