If you’re craving pizza but want something faster (and honestly easier), these pizza quesadillas are the perfect solution.
They come together in minutes using simple ingredients, get perfectly crispy in a frying pan, and give you that melty, cheesy pizza flavor without turning on the oven.
This is one of those recipes I keep coming back to because it’s quick, customizable, and always hits.

Ever since starting Weight Watchers again, I've been making a lot of different types of quesadillas. Last week was buffalo chicken quesadillas and this week is pepperoni pizza quesadillas. They can be very filling if you're smart and use the right ingredients.
If I make chicken-style quesadillas I’ll add some black bean and corn salsa and put some of that in the middle. I also like adding pico de gallo inside of them too. Pico is zero points if there's no type of oil in it.

Pro Tips for the Best Pizza Quesadilla
- Don’t overfill → helps it stay crispy and easier to flip
- Cook on medium heat → prevents burning before the cheese melts
- Press lightly with a spatula → helps everything stick together
- Let it rest for a minute before slicing → keeps the cheese from sliding out
