If youโve never had smoked corn on the cob, youโre seriously missing out. It takes classic corn to the next level with a rich, slightly sweet, smoky flavor that you just canโt get from boiling or microwaving.

This is one of those easy recipes I make on repeat, especially in the summer. It uses simple, budget-friendly ingredients (hello Aldi staples), but the flavor tastes like something youโd get at a BBQ spot.
The best part? You can keep it super simple with butter and salt, or dress it up with different seasonings depending on what youโre in the mood for.
Here's a fun little fact about myself! I love to smoke food in the Summertime. Grilling is fun too, but smoking gives food so much more flavor and there are so many different foods I want to try smoking. Like how to smoke cheese.
Don't have the time to smoke corn? You can also make corn on the cob using your Blackstone or grill. Blackstone Corn on the Cob (with Grilling Instructions)

Good to know! I've only ever used Traeger pellets.
Matt says
you do not need to use traeger pellets on a traeger grill. I have used many brands without issue. as long as you use quality pellets you are good. I recommend lumberjack brand.
